More About Me

I used to negotiate with the IRS, now I negotiate for you.

I finally did it! I got my real estate license, and I’m ready to go! After 30+ years in accounting, finance, and law, I’m ready to merge my lifelong passions for helping people and for real estate.

I am a Bay Area native and am thrilled to work in real estate in the area I live and love – Santa Clara Valley. I went to elementary and high school in West San Jose, and college at UC Berkeley. Go Bears! After law school at the University of Arizona, I came right back to live and work in San Jose, buying my first condo while still single. I ultimately married, purchased a fixer in Willow Glen, tore it down, built a new house, and have been there ever since, all while raising three children. I would love to help you sell or find your next house.

I may be new to the profession of real estate, but I have over three decades of personal real estate experience, including building a house from the ground up. I come to the real estate business with deep experience in high stakes negotiation. For years I represented the IRS, prosecuting high wealth individuals and multinational corporations in tax law disputes. I have spent the last 14 years on the other side, helping clients navigate their tax battles with the IRS. I’m ready to use my negotiation skills to help you sell or buy your house.

I choose to partner with Coldwell Banker Realty because I want to work with a company with a deep history of helping buyers and sellers with integrity. With the support and extensive suite of resources and tools of Coldwell Banker, I can take you through all the steps of the selling and/or buying process. I know it’s a significant life event for you and I’m here to help and to take on some of the worries for you. You will find that I am responsive, creative, and loyal in my representation. I will be your resource for life.
